As your order value was £27.49, it did not meet our free delivery threshold of £50 so you were charged a delivery fee. In addition, a £2.50 returns fee applies, in line with many other online retailers. Both our delivery and return charges are clearly outlined on our Delivery & Returns page, which is available via the link at the bottom of our website before an order is placed.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation has been.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm that you first contacted us on 17th October regarding your missing parcel, and our team responded the same day. We explained that a short declaration form was required to assist with Evri’s investigation, and once completed, we could immediately process a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, the completed form was not received until 5th November. As soon as it was recieved by our customer service team, we offered you the choice of a replacement or refund, and once you confirmed your preference, the refund was issued right away.
We completely appreciate that this has taken longer than either of us would have liked, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the courier’s delivery error and the delay in resolution. Please rest assured that we followed our required process for courier theft investigations and acted promptly once all details were received.
If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can ensure everything is fully resolved.
