Shipping Charges
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours.
Should any delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

Orders Over £50 – FREE Standard Delivery ( Excludes Highlands and Islands of Scotland * )
Orders under £50 - £3.95 (3-5 working days)
Next Working Day Delivery - £5.95 (Delivered between 7am and 6pm)
* Highlands and Islands of Scotland - £6.95 Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
Orders Over £80 - FREE Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
Isle of Man / Northern Ireland / Channel Islands - £6.95 Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
Northern Ireland Orders Over £80 - FREE Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

All standard deliveries are 3-5 working days.
Next Day Delivery
For next-day delivery Monday to Friday, place your order before 2pm ensuring you have selected the Next Working Day delivery option during the checkout process. Next-day guarantee excludes weekends and bank holidays. Any orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
Customers from Jersey may face local charges on importation.

Returns
Our hope is that you are entirely satisfied with your order from NNL, but if for any reason you need to return a garment we are here to help. We do have a small returns charge of £1.95 which will be deducted from the total amount refunded back to your original method of payment. We ask that items are retuned in the original packaging with all labels attached. Items must be unworn. Returns must be done via our returns portal. Returns made within 28 days from the shipping date of your order will be fully refunded (using the payment method of the original transaction). We do not currently accept exchanges.
