Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.

If there is any unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you within 48 hours.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Orders over £50 - FREE Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)
Orders under £50- £3.95 Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)

Next Working Day Delivery - £5.95
Available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Orders placed on a UK Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. 

You can also track your order at any time through our tracking portal.

Returns

UK Returns
We hope you love your order. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal within 28 days of the shipment date.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn and unwashed
All tags must remain attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

A return handling fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

International Returns
If you wish to return an item from outside the UK, please submit your return through our Returns Portal within 28 days of the shipment date.

Please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned unworn, with all tags attached and in their original condition.

International Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

If you require a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction once the refund has been issued.
