Christmas Delivery Information
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order in line with the below timings:
UK Mainland
Standard Delivery: Order by Thursday 18th December, 2pm
Next Day Delivery: Order by Friday 19th December, 2pm
Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Denmark & Malta
Monday 15th December, 2pm
USA & Australia
Order by Monday 8th December, 2pm
Important Information
Orders placed after above dates are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Orders placed before midday on 24th December will be dispatched but not processed by the courier until Friday 27th December.
No orders will be processed between 24th December (after 12pm) and 28th December, or on 1st January.
Please note there may be delivery delays during the festive period due to high courier volumes.

We ship throughout the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Malta, Denmark and USA. Customers from Jersey may face local charges on importation.

UK, Isle of Man & Channel Islands Returns
Our hope is that you are entirely satisfied with your order from NNL, but if for any reason you need to return a garment we are here to help. We do have a small returns charge of £2.45 which will be deducted from the total amount refunded back to your original method of payment. We ask that items are retuned in the original packaging with all labels attached. Items must be unworn. Returns must be done via our returns portal. Returns made within 28 days from the shipping date of your order will be fully refunded (using the payment method of the original transaction).
If you have purchased from outside of the UK, shipping will not be subsidised, and you will need to return at your own cost. To initiate your return please email our customer service team on customercare@needsnolabel.com
We currently cannot accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this our returns policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.
