How To Return
We hope every Needs No Label purchase satisfies but are pleased to accept valid returns via our simple process.
Preparing Your Return
1. Please return items in the original packaging.
2. Enter your details into our
Returns Portal. You will need your order number (a
five-digit number you can find on your order confirmation email), the email
address used to place the order and your postcode to log in.
3. Select the items and reason for return from the drop-down menu.
4. Print your label and attach it to the packaging or alternatively generate a
QR code to be scanned a Post Office.
5. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item, but please allow up to
10 working days from receipt of this email to allow our warehouse to process
your refund.
6. Returns via the portal are fully tracked so you can check the status.
7. If you need to return another item from the same order at a later date, then
please follow the above steps again.

UK Returns
UK mainland returns have a cost of £2.45 that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
UK Royal Mail Returns
Please visit our
Returns Portal to create and print your mailing label.
Returns Using a QR Code
To return items without printing a label, please visit our
Returns Portal and select the QR code option. All the details we need to process your return are included in the QR code that’s auto generated and sent to you via e-mail. Simply take your code and return to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. Your receipt will include a tracking reference that lets you monitor your return’s progress. Our returns window is 28 days from the shipping date of your order. We recommend making
your return within 14 days to ensure the fastest possible processing time.
Northern Ireland and Channel Islands Returns
Northern Ireland and Channel Island returns have a cost of £2.45 that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please visit our
Returns Portal to create and print your mailing label.
Our Returns Policy
Our returns window is 28 days from the shipping date of your order. Returns beyond these periods are only accepted in exceptional circumstances, please contact Customer Care for details. All returns must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for items that have clear signs of wear, have been returned outside the returns period, or are without their original tags. We will notify you if this is the case, and ask that you arrange delivery of your order back to your address at your own cost. We are not liable for these items while they are stored at our warehouse.
Exchanges

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Needs No Label Ltd, 15 West Heath Court, North End Road, London, NW11 7RE.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Needs No Label, accessible from https://www.needsnolabel.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may return your order up to 28 days from the day your order was shipped. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund minus our returns fee of £2.45.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement apart from the returns delivery fee which will be subtracted from your final refund. Please note in order for your returns to be processed you may not return items from different orders in the same parcel.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 28 days from date of dispatch
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used or damaged
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
