Sizes very small and extremely difficult impossible to use zip

Dress lovely just not a size 16! sizes very small more like a 12-14, the zip is so stiff that it’s impossible to do up too. Got in the Red too as on offer £8 but the same thing so ended up sending both back. Not offered a refund only gift card which I’m not happy about
